A proposed six-story, 240 key Hotel Indigo as part of a large Master Plan centered around a business complex catering to the Dulles Corridor community. The building's design draws upon traditional Virginia architectural vernacular for its inspiration. The project was awarded Hilton’s ‘Hotel of the Year’ in 2004 as the best in brand for Hampton Inns.
