This proposed mixed use development in one of China’s ‘first tier’ cities, the Nanjing Mixed-Use project consists of a hotel, office tower and multi-level retail center. The site is adjacent to the new convention center and exhibit hall and provides for pedestrian connections to them. The 182,000 s.m. project will include a multi-level mall anchored by a hyper-market, theaters and a food court. Both a four star hotel and a first class office building would sit atop the mall, creating a true vertical mixed use center.
