This master plan envisions infil development for the Bay Bridge Marina, located just off Route 50 on the eastern end of the Chesapeake Bay Bridge. The existing 50 acre property is includes an 325 slip marina, 16,000 sf boat maintenance facility and four office buildings, including a yacht club and pool. Our master plan proposes to create a true mixed use village with the addition of waterfront residential buildings, retail, additional office space and an Inn all oriented around the harbor basin.
