The project on New York’s Long Island is a mixed use master plan including retail, restaurants, entertainment venues, office, hotel and residential uses. The new development is centered around the existing Belmont Park Grand Stand with a lifestyle shopping district complete with amenities and over 800 new residences. The development also proposes to extend the existing train station to a year-round commuter stop with 3 new residential towers above the existing platform.
