The vision of Marketplace at Fell’s Point is a planned urban redevelopment that will transform the 600 block of Broadway and portions of the 700 and 800 blocks into a vibrant gateway to historic Fell’s Point. The plan includes street retail as well as upper level offices and residential uses. The PUD also incorporates the historic Fell’s Point Market buildings and proposes the restoration and re-leasing of them to create a new shopping destination for the area. The existing historic buildings flanking the market will be renovated to have unique, individual storefronts to complement the existing architecture.
