JP2 provided this conceptual design for a collection of urban lofts in downtown Baltimore. The historic Flour Warehouse provides a rich backdrop of exposed brick and timber frame structure for modern housing solutions. With retail space on the street level, and studio and one bedroom dwellings above, Flour House will fill a growing niche market for contemporary urban living. JP2 also provided conceptual studies for signage, graphics and branding.
