Worman’s Mill is a planned community based on “Traditional Neighborhood Design.” The town square will serve as the commercial center for the entire community. Retail shops and restaurants at street level will enliven the square and upper floors will contain multi-family residential units. An upscale restaurant building reminiscent of a manor house will occupy prime location on the square.
