Nanuet Mall is an existing aged enclosed mall. This project
will convert it to an open air life-style center. Both existing
department stores will remain and the mall will be replaced
by multiple buildings and streets creating a lively lifestyle
driven center. At its core, a European type piazza anchored
by a cluster of restaurants and cafes is envisioned.
