This mall renovation and three story expansion will accommodate
the addition of a new Nordstrom store. Expansion includes
140,000 s.f. of new boutiques as well as 90,000 s.f. a 90,000
s.f. anchor tenant. The existing one million s.f. center will
be fully renovation, re-establishing its place as the premier
shopping destination in South Boston.
