The first building in the Aberdeen Corporate Park development is a 3 level building with 40,000 sf of restaurants and retail and 35,000sf of Class A office. The building includes a level of parking below grade. The entire development is driven by issues of sustainability and include strategic issues of storm water conservation, grey-water recycling and a geothermal loop for mechanical needs. The project is anticipated to receive a GOLD LEED rating.
