Conceived of as both a boat house and seminar facility, this small pavilion will serve as the gateway to the larger environmental outreach program and capitalizes on the natural resources of the Wye River Site. A seminar room and support facilities for 40 people sit atop a storage space to house kayaks, bicycles, canoes and other outdoor equipment.
