A new, ground-up building on the main street at Bowie Town Center, includes 19,700 s.f. of first floor retail, with 36,000 s.f. of speculative office space above. The building will replace an existing free-standing food court but will retain the existing service core. Several design option are being studied, from Contemporary to Historic Warehouse aesthetics.
